How to Participate: To join the campaign in September, you must:
- Submit a prescription request or book a consultation in September.
- Fill out the participation form completely.
- Prizes: By fulfilling all participation requirements, you will automatically enter the drawing. Winners will be notified via email.
- Partial Prize Waiver: Winners can choose to waive parts of the prize if desired.
- Discount Voucher: The discount voucher can be used once for a prescription request or consultation in the app and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Changes: This promotion is subject to change and may be modified or terminated by Bloomwell at any time.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be informed promptly via email after the campaign ends.
- No Cash Payout: Cash payout of prizes is not possible.
- Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in Germany.
